I help my clients identify what is working well and build upon that foundation. By adopting an additive approach rather than a subtractive one, new habits can be established, allowing less supportive habits to naturally diminish.
Working together we will track your eating habits, sleep cycles and digestion so we can see the patterns that need to change. I will create a personal holistic nutrition recommendation for you that includes lifestyle and supplementation recommendations. As you start to implement these changes we will work together to track how your body is responding and fine tune your plan.
