The body has an innate ability to heal itself when given the proper tools and support.​​

 My role is to walk along side you as a guide, coach, and cheerleader, helping you create changes that feel
realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your life.  
Lasting change doesn’t happen overnight.

Holistic Nutrition Focuses
on the Inner Connectedness of the Mind, Body and Spirit

I help my clients identify what is working well and build upon that foundation. By adopting an additive approach rather than a subtractive one, new habits can be established, allowing less supportive habits to naturally diminish.

Working together we will track your eating habits, sleep cycles and digestion so we can see the patterns that need to change.  

 

I will create a personal holistic nutrition recommendation for you that includes lifestyle and supplementation recommendations.  As you start to implement these changes we will work together to track how your body is responding and fine tune your plan.

Rather than focusing on restriction,
I take an additive approach.


This approach emphasizes the importance of consuming whole, nutrient-dense foods,
while also taking into account lifestyle factors, emotional well-being, and environmental influences.
